Move around, take a break
Share
After a massage therapy session, I sometimes recommend incorporating very simple self-care practices, like taking a break every two hours if you’re staying in the same position for extended periods.
Regular movement reduces stiffness, alleviates muscle and joint strain, enhances circulation, and supports posture and eye health. Mentally, it boosts focus, creativity, and mood while reducing stress. It also combats fatigue, re-energizes the body, and fosters healthy habits, making it a simple yet impactful way to promote overall well-being. Let's keep it simple. Just take a break every two hours.
Start there and see how you feel.
